Each ticket will be answered within 24 hours of submission.  Most cases an agent will be available to meet you that same day as well.

Scan your computer for potential viruses, malware, and adware.  Quarantine and remove any found and setup a schedule to have scans setup on a regular basis

Make a backup of all personal data.  Data is stored either on your computer or external drive.  Different backup options are available, from standard data backup, transfer, and cloning

Configure and maintain your home network.  Get all your devices connected to wifi.  Share your files and printers across all your devices.  We help configure your network to make it easier to use, understand and more secure

Depending on Backup plan chosen, we help come up with a plan of action in case of computer failure.  We cannot prevent disasters, but we can minimize their impacts with proper planning and execution

Configure your email to your computer, multiple email accounts, no problem.  We help manage all your accounts and show you how to use

Membership includes 5 helpdesk tickets per month, 1 issue per ticket, and each additional ticket is $2.  Non members are able to request a free quote

Many issues require a personal touch and a tech to come to you.  Members receive discounts on the hourly rates

Members have access to a remote desktop app which allows our helpdesk team to remotely monitor and support your computers.  Members will be able to access their computer from their phones or any device connected to the internet

With the software inventory list we can help determine which programs are needed and which are not and remove the “extra” to help free up valuable system resources
